Tracy Allen had been the preeminent mediator and arbitrator in Michigan for the past three decades and is widely regarded as one of the thirty leading dispute resolution professionals in the United States.
Ms. Allen’s mediation and arbitration practice focuses on national and international business disputes, taxation, mergers and acquisitions, domestic and international financial institutions, securities, construction disputes, and probate.
Ms. Allen graduated from the University of Michigan with High Honors and continued graduate school at the University before attending law school at Wayne State University. Ms. Allen received her JD cum laude and an LLM in Taxation from Wayne State University Law School.
Ms. Allen was a partner at Bodman, LLC and Sommers Schwartz in the Detroit Metro area.
Ms. Allen is a Past President of the International Academy of Mediators and is an arbitration panel member with American Arbitration Association, FINRA, American Health Lawyers Association, and also serves as an ad hoc arbitrator.
Ms. Allen serves as an adjunct professor at Pepperdine School of Law and is on the faculty at Lipscomb University in Nashville.
Tracy loves to sail and ski, and she sings in the a cappella group Noteworthy.
